Patients considered at higher risk of obstructive sleep apnoea may need referral to a medical colleague for further assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning, which can include a sleep study. Where this applies to you, we'll discuss your options — including NHS referral via your GP or a private home sleep study — along with any costs involved, at your assessment appointment.
What happens in your 30 minutes
A single appointment, in four stages.
-
1
Screening

I graduated BDS with Honours from the University of Birmingham. Since then, I've developed a special interest in dental sleep medicine, completing the British Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (BADSM) Essentials of Sleep Medicine course, and becoming a member of the British Sleep Society. I'm looking forward to working with you to help with any sleep problems you may be experiencing.
